I am new to the idea of shared office space, so what are the real benefits of co-working?

What is the eligibility to join as a member?
In order to have a mixed and vibrant coworking groups, we are currently filtering the membership applications on the basis of the startup concept, the industry it operates in and the team members. If you are an entrepreneur or a freelance professional, you can apply for the space membership here and we will get back to you instantly.
What is the setup/registration fee to join?
Absolutely nothing. You pay no registration fee when you start coworking at Collab. We only charge one-month advance rental and no security deposit.
How much is the security deposit with the membership?
A refundable, one time, security deposit of Rs. 5000 per seat is applicable with every new signup that is returned on membership termination.
What are the payment method accepted at Collab Cowork?
We accept payment by cheque, debit/credit card, cash and bank transfer. However, we do not accept cheques for the daily and weekly memberships.
Are the plans inclusive of taxes?
Yes, everything is inclusive with no extra cost or charges. You are billed exactly as the plans are advertised.
What is the payment cycle?
Payment has to be made by 7th of every month in advance.
When can I cancel the membership?
Anytime you want. We just need a month notice in advance from you. That’s all.
What co-working rules and policy apply at the space?
Our mission is to provide our members with a productive working environment at the space. Therefore, as much as we want our members to interact with each other, we strictly follow clean and quieter working condition at the space. Loud conversations over the phone or in person with any individual are not allowed. We have an awesome terrace with a smoking zone for those personal calls and casual chit chat.
Can I invite my guests/clients at the space?
We ask that you invite a maximum of 2 guests at a time for up to an hour at the space. You would need to inform us a day in advance, and the possibility to accommodate individuals will depend on the availability of the meeting room on the requested date.
Can I visit your space before I take the plunge?
Absolutely. We would love to host you and show the space around. You can book your visit here as per your convenience.
